Wilari won her maiden at Hamilton on Sunday race 5 a 1400 metre maiden for 3 year olds. The track was a heavy 10 and she loved this ground. She was ridden very well by Jackie Beriman who positioned her forward early in the run. She looked as though she might have been flat at the top of the straight but she gave a good kick and was strong to the line winning by 1.3 lengths. There are some nice 3 year old races coming up for her so let’s hope she can continue on her winning way. Well done to her connections on a great win!
