Mongolian Khan filly Toregene (NZ) brings up her third career win from four starts and secures her spot in the $500,000 country series final.

Taking out heat three at Cranbourne under lights, she was first up after a spell and in Matthew’s opinion went in about 90% fit so will only improve off the run.  Given a great ride by Dean Yendall, she was able to settle in the box seat before coming wide on the turn letting down strongly in the straight she was too strong to the line.

Congratulations to OTI and all of her owners, a filly with plenty of upside going forward.  We now look forward to Oaks day at headquarters.
