Telesmon was able to win the maiden hurdle at Casterdon on Sunday in very impressive fashion by seven lenghts. Braidon Small gave him a loverly run in the race and Telesmon jumped very well through out. It was great to win at his first hurdle start for the Illes family and a big thrill for Braidon as it was his first race winner. Braidon is heavily involved in our stable as a trackwork rider and does a great job getting the babies going. Braidon also sorts out any trouble horses we have. I am sure Telesmon and Braidon can have a bright future over the jumps and we look forward to his next run. He will proberbly have a run in the Warracknabeal cup on the 8th and then to a hurdle race in Adelaide on the 21st of July.
