Our stable ended the 2011-2012 racing season off well with a double at our home track. Italian Machine was the first leg of our double winning race 5 the benchmark 72 1400 metre race. He was ridden very well by 3 kilo apprentice Jye McNeil. Jye rode very well to my instruction and he was strong in the finish winning by 4 lengths. The second leg of our double was White Knight who won race 7 the 0-68 2000 metre race. He never looked like getting beaten from the half mile and he got through the very heavy track well. Ridden well by Andrew Mallyon he went on to win by a comfortable 8 lengths.
