The stable book ended the card at Warrnambool on Thursday the 22nd of November with General Orders and High Class Lady.

General Orders led all the way to score by 2 lengths in the first race under the guidance of Ryan Maloney. He is a horse Matthew has always had a good opinion of and it was great for him to get his first win on the board after 2 unlucky seconds in his 4 starts. The blinkers off for the first time and the addition of gelding really helped the 4yo son of General Nediym put it all together for quite an impressive win. Congratulations to his owners.

High Class Lady also posted her 3rd win in the last race. Ridden very patiently by Dean Yendall she settled back in the field then charged home late in perfect timing to win by a neck. Her first up run at Warrnambool a fortnight before was an eye catching second, and Matthew thought she would be very competitive in this race. It was great to see her back in form and racing in good heart again after a slightly disappointing preparation last time in. She is off to a flying start this time in and looks to be very suited to some mares races at Moonee Valley over the summer. Congratulations to her big group of very happy owners.
