The stable is back in form and we started last weekend off well getting a double at Avoca. The first leg of our double was Belcielo who won the 1300 metre 3 year old maiden. Belcielo was ridden very well by apprentice Josh Cartwright. The second leg of our double was Miss Belistic who won the 0-58 1200 metre race by half a length. Ryan Hurdle rode a very patient race and she was very strong to the line the last 100 metres. It was nice to enjoy a beautiful sunny day. Well done to the winning connections of Belcielo and Miss Belistic let’s hope their wins give them good confidence moving forward.
