Five year old Power mare Pankhurst was able to bring up her second win from her last three starts on her home track by taking out the three year old and up BM64 over 1700m at the Bool.
Jumping fast from barrier three jockey Mitch Aitken got her into a lovely position settling a length away second outside the leader one off the fence. Pankhurst was then able to take over on the turn and kept going proving too strong to the line.
