Promising homebred filly Flying Fizz was able to bring up her second win in as many starts in a midweek BM 64 at Sandown over 1400m. With the same get back run on racing style as her dam who we also raced, she powered home and was too strong in a four way go to the line.
With regular jockey Dean Yendall in the saddle she jumped fast from the gates and was restrained to settle second last on the outside in the seven horse field. She was brought to the middle of the track upon straightening and chased hard to claim victory by 0.1 lengths.
Congratulations to her connections who also raced her dam Flying Tessie with our stable. Flying Fizz will now head towards the listed Twilight Glow Stakes at Caulfield on Saturday 2nd December.
