The stable was able to train a running double for the same owner at Mortlake on Saturday. Tikky Tee Boo took out the first part of the double breaking her maiden over 1100m.  Ridden by Damien Thornton she jumped well but was shortly shuffled back to worse than mid field.  The gaps then seemed to open as she came to the turn and was able to pick her way through and find clear running to hit the line strong and claim the race by 1 length.

The second part of the double saw Mordacious take out the BM64 1100m ridden by claiming apprentice Melissa Julius. He jumped fast from barrier five and was able to cross the field and settle in the lead before being threatened late, but was able to hold on to win by a head.

Congratulations to their winning owner Dr Giltinan, certainly a day to remember for her.
