Reigning Meteor was able to get his maiden win on the board at Donald on the 31st of March. He won the 2 year old 1000 metre maiden. He only won by a narrow margin and we were very pleased to see his number come up first in a very close photo finish. It was good to get a win on the board and he will now head to the open 2 year old race at the Warrnambool Carnival early next month. This is a colt which we hold in high regard and this win is great for his confidence moving forward. Well done to his big group of owners. Let’s hope this is the first of many wins to come for Comet.
