A luckless preparation for six year old El Roca mare Mi Rock Aly (NZ) has finally turned with a tough fight to the line taking out the BM 64 2400m race at Sandown.

She jumped much better today from barrier eight and went forward guided by Celine Gaudray where she relaxed and settled second, one off outside the leader.  At the 200m mark she gave a good kick and found the line strongly to just hold off the closers.

Congratulations to her patient ownership group we are thrilled to have her back in the winners stall.  This was also a very rewarding result for our team after putting her through a successful tendon rehab program.
