King Kaiyo was able to put his maiden win on the board when he won race 1 at Warrnambool on Thursday the 1700 metre maiden. It was a tough win considering he was 3 wide the entire trip without cover. He was strong to the line and just got his nose in front to win by a small margin. We are now going to give him a short break and get him ready for some distance races over the winter. Well done to his winning connections who I am sure were very pleased with his win.
