Italian Machine was able to win race 9 at Kyenton on Tuesday. He took out the 0-68 1488 metre race. He jumped well from the barriers and when Dean Yendall gave him a hit with the stick at the 500 metres he really travelled into the race. He sat out wider in the straight and won the race by 0.3 lengths. He was ridden very well by Dean Yendall. He will now head to the Swan Hill Carnival the long weekend in June where there are a few possible races for him. Congratulations to his winning connections who were all thrilled with the good win.
