Italian Machine won in good style at Ballarat last Thursday. He was positioned well in the run and when he pealed out in the straight and got out into the better going right out wide he really hit the line strong to win by 2 lengths. He won easily and was hardly touched by jockey Ben Melham. The track was rated a heavy 9 and he thrives on a wet track. The horse has come back bigger, strong and better than ever this preparation.
