Some may think this is a case of deja vu and that is because Intellective won this same race at Ballarat twelve months ago, getting a second crack at the 250K country series final on All Star Mile day.
Jumping from barrier six with Ben Melham in the saddle she was travelling mid field and needed some luck on the turn. When the gap opened she let down strongly to claim the race by a narrow margin on the line.
