Intellective showed an impressive bounce back to form winning the feature race at Ballarat today the 1600M BM78, qualifying her for the $250K Country Mile Race Final to be held at Moonee Valley on All Star Mile Day.
With Dean Yendall back in the saddle she jumped away slightly slowly from barrier four but improved to settle mid field on the fence. Yendall had to pick his way through the field into the straight where she then had to check off heels but showed good fight to kick again and find the line.
Congratulations to her connections, who are now all looking forward to the series final on March 13th. Intellective has now won three races this preparation and her stakes money totals almost $168K. She was selected by Matthew in conjunction with Sheamus Mills Bloodstock and purchased by the stable at the Inglis Premier sale for $70K.
