Our Bottino was able to add another country cup to his collection by taking out the 2017 Millers Horsham Cup over 1800m in track record time on Friday.
Given a great front running ride by Damien Thornton he jumped well from barrier 2 and was able to take up his favoured position in the lead. He then backed off the tempo to take a breather before kicking again on the turn and proved too strong to the line.
