We started our day on Monday at Ararat well when Honey Bee Faithful won race 1 the fillies and mares 1100 metre maiden. She was ridden very well by Dean Yendall. Dean pushed forward early in the race and got her into a nice position in the run. She finished the race off well in the straight to win by 2.3 lengths. She was still quite green in the run and in the straight but with more race experience she will improve. Well done to her winning connections it was great to get a win on the board and also fantastic to see her improve out of sight from her first racing preparation.
