Group 3 winner of the Rosehill Queens Cup Syreon joins our stable as we prepare him for the 2012 Darwin Cup. The horse was purchased by Darren and Liz Dance of Australian Thoroughbred Bloodstock. With many locals making the trip to the Darwin Cup the last few years Darren thought it would be great to have a runner in the race. There are a large group of owners who have brought into the horse including TVN's Richard Callander. Syreon has had 31 starts for 6 wins and 8 minor placings. He performed very well last Autumn in Sydney winning the Group 3 Queens Cup he also ran 3rd in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes and 4th in the Doncaster. He will join our stable next week where we will be getting him ready to have 3 run in the Autumn before heading to Darwin to contest the 2012 Cup. He will be under the care of trainer Jason Manning while in Darwin.
