Lady Selkirk capped off a great weekend of racing for the stable by taking out the last race on the card at Casterton yesterday, the 1400m BM 64.Following in the footsteps of her half brother and stable mate Turnitaround who had won the day before at Flemington, the 3yo filly by Von Costa De Hero is now stinging together some impressive stats.

After jumping well she settled in the first half of the field, with a busy start with riders sorting out their positions. Given a great ride by Damien Thornton she was held up slightly rounding the turn but pushed through gamely into the straight. She was then able to fight off contenders and hit the line full of running.

Congratulations to all of her owner, she certainly is a filly with plenty of upside and we are excited to see what the future holds for Dancer.
