Our stable was able to get a double yesterday been Sunday 22nd. The first leg of our double was Old Bill at Hamilton in the maiden steeplechase. It was great to finally get a winning result for the connections of Old Bill. He jumped clean and was ridden very well by Shane Jackson. The second leg of our double was Luckyi’mbarefoot at Cranbourne. Footy took out heat 5 of the Winter Championship Series an open 1400 metre race. He settled back from the wide barrier and hit the line very strong. It was a great ride from Michael Rodd. It was a great day for the stable. Well done to the winning connections of both Old Bill and Luckyi’mbarefoot.
