Consistent galloper Our Bottino claimed a dominant 3.5 length win in the 1600m Sungold Milk Camperdown Cup on Saturday. Given a well rated front running ride by Harry Coffey, he dictated the terms and led all of the way.
Jumping from barrier 3 he was slightly slow away, but soon mustered speed to find the lead. He was then able to back off the tempo in the mid part of the race for some cheap sectionals before slipping away before the home turn and was far too strong to the line.
Congratulations to all of his connections, it was fantastic to be able to add a country cups victory to his name.
