Wanted gelding Break And Enter was able to hold on in a tough win at Donald in the BM 58 1620m race where he got conditions to suit on a soft 6 track.
Jumping from barrier 8 with Jarod Fry in the saddle, he pushed forward and settled second in the one out one back position. He travelled out wide into the better going on the turn and moved up to the leader but looked to be under pressure coming into the straight. To his credit he fought hard after being headed he kicked again right on the line to claim the victory.
