After being at the cross-roads after last preparation NZ import Almsgiver has added a third win from his 14 starts taking out the last race at Kyneton the 1850m BM 58.  After having had both surgery for “kissing spine” and problems with getting “the thumps” during his last two races last preparation, it seems he is now back to his best.

With Daniel Moor in the saddle he jumped fast from the inside gate and took a sit third on the inside about four lengths off the leader.  On the heavy eight rated track he looked to be under heavy riding at the 400m mark but kept fighting to hit the front late and keep going.

Congratulations to OTI and all of his connections, it is great to have him back in form and rewarding his owners for their patience.
