Flying Fizz provided a sentimental win for the stable at Donald, our first win in the blue and lime colours since the passing of majority owner and breeder Colin McKenna.  Flying Fizz is out of the stakes placed mare Flying Tessie who we also trained.

Coming off a 5th placing at Geelong on cup day where she went to the line untested, we headed to the 1350m race at Donald confident she would be running well.  Jumping fast she crossed to the lead given a typical jump and run Linda Meech ride, she slipped away soon after straightening and bolted in by 3.5 lengths.

Congratulations to all of her connections, Flying Fizz has now won over $175K in stakes with three wins from ten starts.  She will now likely head to Ballarat on cup day the 7th of December.
